Current Problem
Running an Amazon store that offers personalised items e.g. keyrings that customers can input their messages onto (for example: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Personalised-Engraved-Two-Tone-Keyring-Keychain/dp/B07PMKTSTW/ref=sr_1_16?crid=U3RONQSLCCOC&keywords=personalised+key+ring&qid=1689844917&sprefix=%2Caps%2C115&sr=8-16) At the moment these text fields have to be found manually on the Amazon order, but the operator processing the order may not have access to this, only Mintsoft. Therefore it would be beneficial to view these on the order in Mintsoft so that orders can be processed and dispatched all in one place. |
