Current Problem
One our clients is having some issues on Unleashed where despatched orders from Mintsoft are collecting the delivery service and tracking Number information from Mintsoft but not the Shipping Company i.e. Evri. These are orders that have originated on shopify and passed to Unleashed. With a Blank shipping company in Unleashed, when interacting back with Shopify, Shopify incorrectly guesses that the shipping company is Whistle. With mixed up data, this results in their customers receiving bad communications for order tracking. Having raised a normal helpdesk ticket, it has been confirmed that the courier is not passed back to Unleashed. |
