The charge by 'volumetric based on product dims / re-work' is a blanket cover setting. Would be great to be able to charge this by client so only clients who export or have larger parcels get the volumetric difference from transport.

Sorry where is that setting, I must be blind as I've looked everywhere? I'm having a problem with volumetric shipping too for some of our products but though I will likely have the same issue as you I'd be keen to at least explore that setting further.
