We need to split orders at a value threshold, so orders shipping to specific countries are never over a set value. There is no way to control the value/ weight of the parts of a split order other than manually creating the parts.
Idea to resolve Problem
Add a function to control how an order is split - whether that is by total value/ value of parts/ total weight/ weight of parts etc.
