If a person requests to be forgotten as part of GDPR, someone must manually log into Mintsoft, find all that person's orders, and select GDPR Scrub Data. This is time consuming, and takes people away from other work they can be doing.
Idea to resolve Problem
If you could configure data to always be scrubbed after 30 days of dispatch/cancellation, you would by default be compliant with GDPR and wouldn't need to take any additional manual steps whenever any requests come in
