Some clients have enquired about the possibility of adding overhead photography to the package/shipment of each order we pick to avoid claims where customer's say we didn't include something in the box. This means we can always go back to each order and see what went into the box as it was being sealed.
We have implemented this into our own warehouse. Using a standard HD IP CCTV system and the Mintsoft API to retrieve footage based on time/date of order changing to picked/packed status.
I will be honest - you won't get Mintsoft to implement this - it's not something a/any WMS would provide. You'll need to build this as a custom implementation yourself like we did in-house.
I has paid dividend for us and gives us the opportunity to track more than just picking/packing errors.
