currently Mintsoft only allows serial number blocking on an order.
so if you have a serial number on an item you can log this on an order and if that serial number is duplicated that 1 order will block you from sending out, this is the good part.
what we are asking is if the serial number has been sent out already we want the system to know this from previous scans and block. this means only 1 serial number per item is out with end customers. we are a 3PL and this is very important to our customer who uses serial numbers in warranty to protect their products
