Allow 0 day handling time

Currently in Mintsoft, Handling Time (Days) must be set, and the value must be between 1 and 365. We dispatch orders same day, so our Handling Time (days) is zero (0). Same-day dispatch is obviously very common in retail, so it’s unfortunate that Mintsoft is currently unable to accommodate this real-world scenario.

This feature improvement request is to either

1. Expand the allowable value for this field to include 0

2. Allow the field to blank/empty, or

3. Both 1 and 2

Why is this important?

This is crucially important for marketplaces including Amazon. With Amazon, handling and delivery times have a massive impact on which seller wins the Buy Box. After price, they are the most important factors.

Sellers who can get orders to customers faster stand a better chance of winning the Buy Box. We have a best-in-class warehouse operation with same-day despatch, but we’re telling Amazon that it takes us 1 day to despatch orders. This is negatively impacting our Buy Box chances which is directly impacting our sales levels.
