Change Parcel Quantity on Seller Fulfilled Buy Shipping Parcels

We have just started using Seller Fulfilled Prime and using the buy shipping courier options, which means the courier label is generated via Amazon Seller Central.

We've had some orders come through that exceed the max parcel dimensions which means we need to ship in 2 parcels.

Mintsoft allows you to edit the parcel quantity but won't let you disaptch it. Error that comes up is:

ErrorUnable to Create Amazon Logistics Shipment! Error:Order items must be unique

It is possible to create more than 1 courier label on Amazon Seller Central so I'm hoping there's something Mintsoft can look at to allow us to create multiple parcels on their site.
