Nowadays, the fiel Order Value shows the total order value including the VAT which makes customs authorities, when it's an international order, to take this value to calculate the VAT and duties, hence VAT and duties are being higher than they should be. For example, if an item cost GBP 10.00 and VAT is GBP 2.00 (20%) Mintsoft is declaring the Total value as GBP 12.00, same happenes on a line basis when Mintsoft creates the CN22/CN23
