On the back of this request I looked into Returnless as I agree returns processing is very clunky. So I have just spoken to Returnless to understand more about the product and mentioned Mintsoft who have had a discussion with you and are keen to work with Mintsoft to integrate with their platform.
I need to take out the free trial with Returnless to test that it is the right platform but I'd be happy to help test any integrations adn I'm sure the original poster would be too. Returnless would be very keen to get involved knowing they'd be the first returns integration in Mintsoft.
