We have a client who are looking for notifications to be generated based off a specific SKU being ordered. Currently MintSoft doens't allow for this and notifications can only be generated for every order when the 'OrderNotification' setting is turned on for a client.
After noticing that using order notifications for this wasn't possible, I then looked at order rules, hoping that there you could attach specific conditions to flag up when a particular product gets ordered however this wasn't possible either.
