Parcelforce rejects label requests that unnecessarily include IOSS details. The error message received is:
An Error occurred when creating the shipment: InternationalInfo/ShipperExporterVATNo - WSDL V5-12 or ExporterCustomsReference WSDL 14 It is not valid to specify an IOSS number for the selected destination country.
I know of no easy way to resolve this, only to remove the IOSS details from the account, print the label, then add them back (which is not a good solution).
