Courier integration doesn't use brand name for contacting customers

Current Problem
Our Fedex integration (not sure on others) doesn't use the brand name but company name. So customers are getting notifications from FedEx from the entity name and not the customer facing brand name they're ordering from.
Idea to resolve Problem
Make better use of the brand name function and ensure courier integrations use that
For DPD / DHL / Evri we have custom SLID's setup for each client with the couriers so their shipments are sent via that SLID and therefore have their branding. This functionality is already in Mintsoft for the couriers I have mentioned but not sure about Fedex I'm afraid.
