When a customer makes changes to orders in Shopify or Linnworks, these modifications must also be reflected in Mintsoft, even if the order is in the "new" status. We require an automatic update mechanism to ensure that changes made in Shopify and Linnworks are mirrored in Mintsoft while orders are in the "new" status.
This would be great and I'd say ONBACKORDER needs adding but this would put considerable load on the connectors so may not be feasible. Also how do you track failures? If a customer changes and order in Shopify that is at PICKED then they need to be alerted this has failed. More I think about it, the more II'm convinced this is not a simple fix.
Logical way would be utilise the same kind of functionality we have in Magento and WooCommerce to change the order status in Shopify after it's imported but not sure if that's possible..
