Add Amazon Shipping as an available option on Courier references.

We are trying to use Amazon Shipping as a courier, we have this linked to our Mintsoft account and is all working, however there is no reference on the label and therefore our warehouse staff do not know which items they are picking.

Please add Amazon Shipping so we can add customer reference to the labels.
