Change Courier Service on orders page with a drop down

Current Problem
Sometimes we would like to change the courier service on an order or multiple orders for a variety of reasons. Currently we ahve to update it through "Actions" and can be time consuming.
Idea to resolve Problem
In the orders page, it would be ideal if on the "Courier Service" part for each order, there was a drop down with all the courier services availble to that customer to be able to select and choose without having to leave the page.
