Seen it where batches have been created and the user has loaded this onto the app and started picking, only for the creator of the batch to delete it. This obviously caused havoc!
I'd say the app needs developing first to a point where if an operative has loaded a batch, it's locked and cannot be edited as you wouldn't want orders adding to a batch someone is picking.
When this 'lock' is in place, think the ability to add orders to (or even merge) batches would be great.
