Ability to toggle on or off whether a certain SKU appears on despatch notes

Current Problem
We have products we add to orders as freebies if certain conditions are met, our client would like these not to show on despatch notes if possible but at the moment there is no way to do this.
Idea to resolve Problem
Add the ability to toggle on or off whether a certain SKU appears on despatch notes.
