Current Problem

We would like to add more query statuses rather than just new, open, closed etc. It would be great if we can could create our own status like 'Claim Submitted' etc.

Idea to resolve Problem Ability to add query statuses.

    See my comment on MST-I-1291 about queries needing bit of an overhaul but you can actually add your own status - Settings/QueryTypes........
