We are informed that Canada Post does not accept number only inputs in the 'Description of goods' field in Mintsoft. This is causing our labels to fail.
We have mapped the order ID to this field which is all numbers. We need the product description mapping to the field so our labels can generate.
Speaking to Mintsoft IT, they have told me to raise this via the Ideas Portal.
