It can be quite time consuming when we have a lot of orders on query or a similar status to click into each and every order to see the comments section.
Idea to resolve Problem
Would it be possible to have a column added to the order overview screen for 'time of last action' from the OrderComments table? This way, you can easily see the time of the last interaction with the order......
