Current Problem
When a client has orders at ONBACKORDER, the order date is irrelevant when processing the orders after the stock has come in. By that I mean you always want to process the oldest orders first but in this scenario, this should not include these orders. |

| Idea to resolve Problem | If the ATNEWDATE was available on the orders overview screen, you could filter on the date you were actually able to process the order, therefore setting a realistic SLA rather than one based on a date which could have been weeks in the past but the order was actually only available to process on that day. When sharing SLA performance with clients, the ONBACKORDER orders always 'taint' the reporting but using the ATNEWDATE would eliminate this as it's unfair to measure on order date in these cases. |
Why is this not under consideration? For 3PL's we need to be able to manage SLA's to supply a good service to our customers.
