Improve Ecommerce API Connection Times

Currently it takes 15 minutes for an order to sync through to Mintsoft (sometimes longer).

Can this time frame be reduced?

Due to the delay it causes products to be oversold and also means our warehouse have to run their batches later in the day to ensure all orders are dispatched on time.
