Ability to cost storage by bay type/grouped locations not just individual location

Current Problem
We currently have bays that enclose two locations and would like to be able to charge the same storage price for the bay if either one or both of these locations are in use
Agree, we use bulk storage areas and this means we cannot use 'location type storage' the way it currently is :(
