The 12.30-1.30pm window is very import to our customers and timing, can't you arrange these for after 5pm this affects our busiest time. |

Hello, thank you for highlighting this to us in an effort to improve user experience we have made changes to our release schedule so that system maintenance isn't performed during the middle of the day.
Midday is a horrendous time to be doing system maintenance
From my point of view after 5pm is a terrible time to do system work. Despite the fact this is the beginning our our courier collection windows what if there is a problem? Businesses like ours that work 6am to 11pm will be left with issues until the next morning.
There is no perfect time to patch and I feel they have got this about right but you cannot please everyone. What the team need to do is ensure that a member of the support team is on hand to monitor tickets after the patch (whenever it is) so that issues are not addressed in a timely manner.
