Current Problem
Currently there is no option to select Customs declaration category and any free replacements or thank you gifts shipped through Mintsoft are being sent as usual paid for orders causing custom charges and delays especially in Europe. |

Duplicate idea of MST-I-369, which is currently being considered as a future piece of work
Only one I have been able to change is a 'Service Code' under 'Deutsche Post' which changes the tickbox to 'Sample' on the label. DHL Express does not have the function via the Mintsoft API to change the 'Reason for Export' - I have asked many times.
