Create batch via upload

Before we go any further, yes I know we can do this via the API!

We have some very complex calculations going on behind the scenes to determine when orders need to be despatched based on SLA / at new date / courier etc and it'd be great to be able to upload a list of orders (via ID or order number I'm not fussy!) and create a batch that way. With multiple courier pickups, 50+ clients and enough nuances to stock a shop there is no way you can manually select these orders so an upload (as you can upload just about everything else) seems logical.

Not everyone will have resource to code the API piece so this seems a way of meeting everything halfway......
