Increase the custom report line limit (currently max is 100,000)

Current Problem
Custom reporting currently only allows an export of 100,000 lines. Increasing this number would mean we don't have to download two separate reports, and then combine them.

Also the limits on the custom data model need increasing. Currently it's capped to somewhere between 5000 and 6000 rows but need to be much more than this!
