We wish to include the IOSS number on commercial invoices as well as the courier labels but there is no option for this at present.
We are often having to resubmit documents to customs and are manually adding in the IOSS number instead of it coming through as the EORI number does automatically.
Have the option to add the IOSS number as a Tag
