A Solution to mark orders that are 'Completed' in Unleashed as Shipped/Completed in Mintsoft

Current Problem

I primarily use Unleashed. The Front end is much more user friendly and much closer to similar ERP systems I'm used to.

When I create an order in Unleashed the API communicates through to Mintsoft and the order is replicated in Mintsoft.

When I complete the order in Unleashed it communicates to Xero and the invoice is raised and sent. But, the order is not cleared down in Mintsoft.

  • I'd also like to have a field on the Order header for the Courier Tracking number that can flow through to Mint.

I think these should be relatively simple fixes that will keep the processes tidy in both systems. It seems to be a logical progression of their integration.
Idea to resolve Problem Add an API link to mark orders as shipped in Mint if they are completed in Unleashed. AND add a courier field in the Unleashed order header that will pass the Courier tracking number through to Mint.
