Remove product with Order Rules

Current Problem

It would be great to be able to remove a product using an order rule. We have a few scenarios where products are used to identify first orders and the product is actually a fake one and therefore doesn't need to be on the final order.


e.g. the order rule would be SKU;-1

      Also add ability to cancel orders :)
