When a product hits the replen point, the current replenishment report lists every pallet in a BULK location rather than just suggesting the oldest pallet to use to replenish the PICK location. This should be based on receipt date into the pallet location, and not require an expiry date on the product.
The replenishment report also lists products which have hit the replenishment point, but do not have stock in BULK location to replenish from.
There is a much bigger piece around replens! Agree with the above but have also seen a flow chart where if everything else it equal the system should (!) take the stock that had been booked in the longest but aware there are plenty of other scenarios before you hit that point.
