to confirm the Parcel has been given to the Courier we use the Scan to despatch feature on Mintsoft Web by scanning the tracking code on the package but each time we scan one the toogle "Scan Tracking No" defaults back to Off so you have to remember to keep changing it back to On. This adds time to picking packing and despatching process,
I think i have found a solution for this. in the user settings in Picking defaults there is a toogle for Scan to Desptach by Tracking no. We have turned this on in the warehouse and will test to make sure it works.
