Current Problem

We use a large number of couriers and their services and historically when we have an issue, we raise a case and receive assistance against orders for which courier labels cannot be generated.


The issue with this is that it requires that a shipment remain unshipped while we wait for support to review the issue, and then for us to try and amend potential issues.


We recently had an issue with a customer order but the shipment needed to be sent and we didn't have sufficient time to raise a case or wait for a resolution, and this resulted in us using another courier. Once the shipment is then sent, we cannot raise a support case and are asked to raise one the next time it happens, but we also have no history of the errors that were encountered like on the order history tab.
