Current Problem

Currently, Mintsoft does not allow setting client-specific cutoff times for orders. This creates inefficiencies when managing orders with varying deadlines, as staff must manually check or adjust processes based on client requirements. Without this feature:

  • Manual work is required to manage different cutoff times.

  • Risk of missing courier or client deadlines increases.

  • Time is wasted adjusting schedules instead of focusing on fulfilment tasks.
Idea to resolve Problem Add a Cutoff Time Chart in Client Settings to specify order cutoff times by day of the week for each client. Integrate these settings with: Batch Processing: Automatically factor client-specific cutoff times when creating batches. Batch Scheduler: Adjust scheduling to align with the assigned cutoff times. This would automate and streamline the process, ensuring compliance with client and courier deadlines while saving time and reducing errors.
