We currently are fulfilling Seller fulfilled prime orders, which when it comes to generate more than one label for seller fulfilled prime orders we are not able. We have to generate the remaining parcels directly on our carriers portal and then additional invoice for the shipments which is adding to costs and processing times.
The current API is limiting your entire customer base.
The functionality needs to be updated to allow multiple requests for labels on the same order/consignment.
This is functionality within the API and i have that confirmation directly from Amazon.
I have personally rasiedthis via support before and another customer raised this over 12 months ago.
When will this be reviewed?
