DPD NL to support more references on the API call and Shipping label

Current Problem
Some customer wants the data on the label to be enriched. More references can add value when the end customer received the label, but also if the package returns back to the warehouse.
Idea to resolve Problem
Update the API call to DPD NL so more courrier references can be sent and appear on the shipping label
