Log the Royal Mail 2d identification number for all orders and make it exportable in custom reports

Hi,

We have problems matching orders to Royal Mail billing. As well as the tracking number we need to be able to lookup the 2d identification number (the long one that looks like 48-044 386 2000-B8C 9BE 8C4) used by Royal Mail as this is the main identifier on the billing portals for Royal Mail.

This is especially important for international deliveries where there is no way to match tracking numbers. With the increase in Royal Mail Surcharges and change in billing practices it is import to be able to match them to problem orders.
