Current Problem

Huge problem for us is the amount of orders we can't process on the app (SO much quicker!) as there is no scannable code representing the order number in the parcel.


Surely we should be able to manually type in an order number / order ID to process these types of returns?
Idea to resolve Problem Add manual field where order number or order ID can be entered

      We are looking to introduce this feature, with development starting on it in December.
