Currently the return actions you can choose between are "REFUND", "RESEND" and "NONE"
Not sure why the word resend was chosen as it's pretty similar to refund and has lead to human errors regarding the next steps carried out.
Please can the "RESEND" option be changed to "EXCHANGE".
This is much clearer and also is the correct word to use considering it's called an exchange and exchange order numbers all start with EX-
I think this will be a much clearer approach for warehouse staff
