Current Problem

We have a few clients that we would like to give access to cancelling orders but we require them to cancel the courier labels as well.

I have been made aware only warehouse users can cancel courier labels, going forward can we allow access to clients at all?
Idea to resolve Problem Allow clients roles to include cancelling courier labels which admins can turn on or off

      We allow customers to cancel orders but restrict this to certain order status so if an order is at PICKED or DESPATCHED, clients can't cancel orders as the package is already ready for / has been despatched.
