Current Problem
We have a client who supplies products to different companies under different brands. As such, they require different despatch notes for different products. As they do not use online integration, but manually enter all of their orders, we need a way for the system to identify the correct channels based on the products used. It was suggested to raise an idea for this as it is not currently available |

You can do this of a fashion.
Create a bunch of separate order channels and then assign the despatch note to the relevant channel - all hinges on client select the right channel when they enter the order but it will work!
