Add option to turn Automatic invoicing on/off at client level

Current Problem
You can only turn automatic invoicing on/off at a global level. Which means this will affect all clients. We don't need it turned on for all clients especially for client test accounts.
Idea to resolve Problem
Add option to set Automatic Invoicing at a client level rather than just global.
