When creating a batch or setting up a batch template in Mintsoft, the system currently defaults to selecting the newest orders first. However, in practice, older orders often need to be prioritized for dispatch to meet delivery schedules and maintain customer satisfaction. It would be helpful to have a feature that allows the system to prioritize older orders automatically.
We create batches all day every day and it always selected the oldest order first when you create from the 'Manage Batches' section so intrigued to read your post!
What we need is the ability to batch off the 'AtNewDate' as this is a true representation (to us) of when we should process orders based on SLA.
