We have set up custom attributes (required despatch and delivery dates) which import from Shopify into Mintsoft. However, they do not update automatically when changes are made by customers. This can happen when they are going away for example.
Currently we then have to check if any orders have had these attributes change and manually update them all in Mintsoft. We have 5-10% of customers using this feature each day.
