Mintsoft doesn't have a function to set a rule for all parcels to be a set dimension. Instead it takes the dimension of 1 unit and uses that to send to the courier. You are then charged for that dimension. This could be a size of a large letter but all the items in the order equate to a medium size parcel. I know there is a rework option for this, but this involves manually adding it for each order. For a company that needs to ship out 1000 orders a day this is not ideal. Any ways around this?
