Order picking after batch picking

On the old app we could pick a batch of orders using the batch picking section and then after this we could use order picking for each one to re scan the item and despatch the order however on this new app order picking works the same as the old app for orders not picked in a batch but when an order is picked in a batch and we go to order picking it just says order has already been picked.. when we go to scan to despatch it just auto despatches it without scanning any of the items.
