Manual Selection / Alteration & Logic of Batch / Serial Numbers

Hi,

When an order is entered or received, MintSoft automatically assigns a batch/serial number. Whilst this works for one of our customers, another we are wanting to introduce and do ~500 orders from Woo commerce a month with uses individual serial numbers on their products and prefer to select a device rather than searching through thousands to find the auto assigned serial.

We would like the option to be able to manually select / change a serial number, through a Drop down / search function on the pick order page or something easy like that, perhaps when verifying the product you can also verify the serial number and then alter it??.
