When a large B2B order comes through [or any order] which needs to be treated differently, there isn't a way of knowing when it is waiting. So when it comes to printing the next order, it is going to cause issues on the pick. |

Idea to resolve Problem | Create a notification option when a client is uploading the order. So then it can be spotted and the order actioned as appropriate. |
Could you not use the order rules module to create a rule saying if the order is placed on X channel / has over X number of items or over a certain value to place it on AWAITINGCONFIRMATION so the order does not fall into the normal pot?
